Shipping Cost

The shipping cost would be as follows:
West Malaysia: RM15.00
East Malaysia: RM25.00

Schedule Delivery

Customers should note that orders can only be shipped between Monday to Friday.
Product ordered will be delivered to an address of your choice by Aura Marketing Sdn Bhd’s shipping partner.

Important Points on Shipping

The buyer shall ensure that a valid address is provided. In an event GD-Ex is unable to deliver the parcel, it will be held in their branch office. The buyer shall be responsible for an additional charge incurred for re-delivery.

Delivery Process and Lead Time

Delivery will take between 5 to 10 working days from the date of purchase.
Orders placed on Friday after 3PM and over the weekend will be processed on Monday and will be delivered out on Tuesday by our dedicated courier service, excluding public holidays.
Delivery is not available for addresses with P.O. Boxes.

We are currently only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you'd like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.
